Heidi Montag — who famously underwent 10 plastic surgery procedures in just one day — won’t be going under the knife anytime soon.

She has told UsMagazine.com she wants bigger breasts, but on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno Friday, she said: “I legally can’t right now. The limit is 800cc and I have 700cc.

“I think I’ve reached the point [where I can stop],” she added. “I think I’m good for awhile. I’m surger-ied out.”

Despite her over-the-top operations, The Hills star, 23, denied that she is addicted to surgery.

“I don’t think I am addicted,” she said. “When you’re addicted, you have to do it every day, and thank God I don’t do it everyday … I like to do it all in one day … knock it out.”

She said she is still recovering from the procedures. “It’s excruciating,” she said, “but beauty is pain.”

Montag said her surgery is even the butt of jokes in Just Go With It, the upcoming Adam Sandler comedy she filmed, costarring Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman.

In the movie, Montag (who shot her cameo this week) said Kevin Nealon “has had more surgery than I have … so we kept playing around with who has more injections.”

Montag also opened up about firing husband Spencer Pratt as her manager to hire a psychic. She later axed the psychic as well — which UsMagazime.com first reported.

“It just wasn’t feeling right,” she told Leno. “I just wanted to be in charge as a woman in my own business. I don’t really want men telling me what to do and where to go so I said, ‘You know what? As a woman I’m going to take control of my career.’ ”

If you thought Heidi Montag agonized about firing her husband Spencer Pratt as her manager, think again.

“I kind of just woke up one morning and was like, ‘You know, you’re fired, but have a great day and I’ll talk to you soon,’ ” Montag says in an interview scheduled to air on The Tonight Show Friday night.

Turns out, the change worked for her. “After that is when I got all my movie roles,” Montag tells Jay Leno, referring to her part in the upcoming Just Go With It, which costars Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler. “I said, ‘This is working, this is great!’ You know, I think I’m better handling [my business affairs] myself.”

Montag, of course, then hired a Malibu-based psychic named Aiden Chase to be her manager – only to fire him soon after. Again, she doesn’t seem too broken up about the decision.

“Yeah, and now he’s fired,” Montag says. “So, I’m just on my own.”

Why the change?

“It just wasn’t feeling right,” she tells Leno. “I just wanted to be in charge as a woman in my own business. I don’t really want men telling me what to do and where to go so I said, ‘You know what? As a woman I’m going to take control of my career.’ ”

Montag has also been making recent headlines after undergoing 10 plastic surgeries in one day. She’s poked fun at herself in a recent Funny or Die clip, directed by Ron Howard. But Montag has also shot back against serious allegations – and denied that she’s addicted to plastic surgery.

On Friday, she told Leno, she doesn’t think she has a problem. “When you’re addicted to something, you have to do it every day,” she says. “And thank God I don’t do it every day. I like to do it all in one day. I like to knock it out.”

So, would she consider having more surgery?

“I think I’ve reached the point [where I can stop],” she says. “I think I’m good for awhile. I’m surger-ied out.”

A week after hiring Malibu psychic Aiden Chase to replace Spencer Pratt as her business manger, Heidi Montag announced she’ll go it alone.

“I have decided to part ways with Mr. Chase both as a manager and as a psychic and will scrutinize my business decisions more carefully in the future,” Montag, 23, tells PEOPLE. “I will now be managing my own career as a strong and independent woman.”

Montag says that she had worked with Chase as her “intuitive healer” for a month after her 10 plastic surgeries in one day before deciding have him take over the job that had been done by her husband Pratt for five years.

“Unfortunately recent behavior by Mr. Chase on set of both Just Go With It starring Adam Sandler, Jennifer Aniston and Nicole Kidman and [on] The Hills have made me question this decision,” Montag says.

Montag didn’t elaborate.

In a statement to PEOPLE, Chase responds, “At this time, I am not aware of any change in my business relationship with Heidi Montag” beyond Internet reports.

As for his behavior, he denies reports he crashed the set or tried to poach Audrina Patridge as a client.

“Heidi invited me to the set of Just Go With It and the terms of our financial agreement are in line with standard manager/talent agreements,” he says. “I spoke with Audrina Patridge briefly when I was on the set of The Hills with Heidi recently, but never discussed being her manager.”

Having recently relieved her husband Spencer Pratt of his managing duties, Heidi Montag has happily announced that she’s landed a brand new movie cameo gig.

Tweeting the good news a few days back, the “Hills” hottie tells, “I was just cast in my first feature film comedy! I start filming monday!!!!! this is one of the best days of my life!!! getting ice cream to celebrate!…jump for joy!”

Though it’s just a minor role, the film, “Just Go With It,” boasts an A-list cast including Jennifer Aniston, Nicole Kidman and Adam Sandler,

Continuing to share her excitement, Heidi once again tweeted on Thursday, writing, “It’s a new day, a new beginning…memorizing my script for the feature comedy movie I am filming all next week.”

A jaw-dropping 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day may have made The Hills star Heidi Montag the happiest she’s ever been, but it also made her fodder for some comics. Now Montag is joining the laugh brigade, with the help of Funny or Die and Oscar-winning Ron Howard, who’s directed a new video in which Montag stars.

Its mission: To urge Congress to enact financial reform.

“I was honored to work with the amazing Ron Howard,” Montag, 23, tells PEOPLE. “He was even more incredible than I could have imagined – kind, generous and made me feel so comfortable – he made me feel confident in my talent.”

The video, shot at a private home in Los Angeles on Feb. 26, was scripted but left room for a little improvising – such as a cameo appearance by husband Spencer Pratt. Montag also added a touch of her own, wearing a dress she designed herself.

So has Montag caught the performing bug? “I am so excited about my acting future,” she says. “I can’t wait for my next role to be as an action star! This is just the beginning of a whole new world for me.”

Montag’s video is part of a series launched by the Americans for Financial Reform that will urge, among other things, massive call-in days throughout the week to push Congress toward, among other measures, forming a strong and independent Consumer Financial Protection Agency.

In addition to an all-star Presidential Reunion video – in which Barack Obama gets a surprise visit in the night from ex-Presidents Bush Sr., Bush Jr., Clinton, Ford, Reagan and Carter, as played by Will Ferrell and other past and present SNL stalwarts – Funny and Die is working on additional videos to urge Congress to act on and pass financial reform.

The reality star packed four dresses of her own creation for her trip to Las Vegas last weekend, where she co-hosted Pure nightclub’s Valentine’s Day bash with husband Spencer Pratt. On the red carpet, the 23 year-old opted for a body-hugging, fuchsia dress. “Pink is a color full of love and it’s so vibrant and beautiful–and it was, of course, very festive,” she tells PEOPLE. “It was exactly what I wanted to wear for my new body. I’ve never felt sexier or more confident in my life. It was revealing but still kept something to the imagination. It hugged all my curves perfectly.” As for where she finds inspiration, Montag says, “Most of my inspiration comes from old movies and I have tons of books on old Hollywood. I just love the magnificence of that time–the sequins, the sexiness. I want to capture the true luster of Hollywood in all my designs.” Montag also professes her admiration for designers like Coco Chanel (“so classic and timeless”) and Dolce & Gabbana (“They have such a sexy shape and have women looking their best in every silhouette,” she says). Expect more Montag-made clothing to surface: “This is just the beginning. I’d really love to eventually wear mostly my only designs. And I really would love to do a low end line [for my] fans and it can be really accessible and then a one of a kind couture line to really showcase my creativity.” But just around the corner? “Look out for my bikini line this summer!”

Heidi Montag got 10 plastic surgery procedures in one day — and despite claims that she loves the results, Spencer Pratt tells Us she was originally not happy.

“She came out of the hospital and the only thing she was saying was that the doctor better hide,” Pratt, 26, told UsMagazine.com at Pure nightclub inside Caesars Palace in Las Vegas Saturday night.

“She wasn’t happy,” continued Pratt.

The aspiring pop star says she had “no idea” how painful all the procedures would be.

“The worst pain was actually my ears. I didn’t know that was the most painful process and feature,” she told Us of having her ears pinned back.

Still, Montag, 23, wants a third boob job.

“I didn’t get them as big as I originally wanted,” she told Us. Added Pratt, “She doesn’t stop talking about it.”

So how did the couple spend Valentine’s Day?

“My Valentine’s present to Spencer is going shooting at the gun range,” Montag told Us.
